What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are shown on each product page. We ship worlwide. If you do not see your country listed please send us an email for a shipping quote to shipping@ecrsupersavings.com.

When do you ship?
We ship the next business day upon receipt of full cleared payment to United States, APO/FPO, and International. Our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS - we select the carrier. Although we ship the next business day, we can not guarantee shipping transit times. Transit times include business days only excluding holidays and vary by shipping carrier, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions. International purchasers are responsible for their country's customs, duties, and import tax fees.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout and PayPal. We also accept Certified Check, Personal Check, or Money Order in US Dollar funds. Our bank requires up to a 5 business day hold for payment to clear. Posted dated checks not accepted. Returned checks have a $25.00 return fee. All payments must be received within 7 days of order to avoid cancellation.

What is your money back guarantee?
You must be fully satisfied with your purchase or return it within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund of the product purchase price. In addition, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defective products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at returns@southcoastshopping.com before sending any returns. Product returns must be in original packing materials with all original papers and be fully insured. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Products found not to be defective have a 20% re-stocking fee. Handling, insurance, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be for the product purchase price. Some products are ineligible for returns and noted on the specific product catalog page. Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty claims.

What is your price match policy?
ECR Super Savings announces a low price guarantee, matching most competitor's prices! Our low price guarantee applies to all new, factory sealed products of the same brand and style that are available and in stock at any authorized U.S. online store excluding auction sites.
