Please contact us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any returns. Returns without a RMA can not be accepted. Product returns must be in original packing materials with all original papers and be fully insured. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Products found not to be defective have a 20% re-stocking fee. Handling, insurance, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be for the product purchase price. Some products are ineligible for returns and noted on the specific product catalog page. Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
We ship the next business day upon receipt of full cleared payment to United States, APO/FPO, and International. Our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS - we select the carrier. Although we ship the next business day, we can not guarantee shipping transit times. Transit times include business days only excluding holidays and vary by shipping carrier, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions. International purchasers are responsible for their country's customs, duties, and import tax fees.
How We Calculate Shipping
Standard domestic shipping calculations for one pound and over non-media mail are as follows: we take the total shipped weight and round up to the next full pound, calculate the lowest cost shipping from our shipping carriers, round up to the next full dollar plus a low handling fee. This will be the standard domestic shipping cost displayed at check out.
